Reveille helps you make your staff more time and cost efficient.
"REVEILLE" Automatic Wake-up System
The REVEILLE automatic wake-up system is a totally self-contained desktop unit designed to provide additional feature capability to an existing PBX in a Hotel/Motel or Hospital environment. The following are the Reveille's standard features:
- Each REVEILLE unit holds up to 250 calls and is suitable for properties up to about 350 rooms. Additional unit(s) can be used where greater capacities are needed.
- Simple Keyboard entry of room number and requested wake-up time (in AM/PM format).
- Permanent record of each entry on companion ribbon less printer.
- Multiple wake-up calls per room in any 24-hour period.
- Up to 4 wake-up calls per minute when both of its wake-up lines are installed.
- Automatic load balancing for peak wake-up calling periods. Example: A REVEILLE installed with 2 wake-up lines and 40 calls to make at 6:00 AM will begin making calls at about 5:55 AM and be completed at about 6:05 AM.
- Automatically places a second call for guestrooms that are busy or dont answer.
- Guests that answer are given a pleasant announcement "Hello, This is your automatic wake-up call. Have a nice day." The announcement is self-contained solid state and will not degrade with use.
- The printer registers all calls made with "ANSWER" "NO ANSWER" or "BUSY" indication.
- Second calls that fail to be answered cause an audible alert to sound at the REVEILLE console. A display of the failing room number also appears.
- The current time of day is always available by simply depressing the "TIME" key.
- REVEILLE is totally operational for up to three hours during a commercial power outage due to its built-in battery back-up system.
- If a wake-up line is not functioning, REVEILLE will alert the Hotel by printing "NO DIAL" and the room number that is being called. The audible alert is also sounded during this time to thus not skip an important wake-up call.
- Room numbers and time entries are checked for validity and an audible alert sounds if an entry error occurs.
- Installation and checkout can typically be accomplished in less than one hour with no disruption in existing telephone service.
